Our Story

I started working at Osprey Counseling and got to learn all about medical billing for social workers and counselors. I took that knowledge and created a form that tracks it all. Our owner/provider Brian asked me if there was a way to incorporate how much he made on average per appointment and if there was a way to track his cancelations. He wanted to track how his private practice was doing, not just the money in the account. I was able to do that, with my custom form. Brian, then recommended me to another counselor he had worked with for years, as she had started thinking about hiring a third-party company to do her billing as well.  She and I sat down and got to chatting and I was hired. My goal is to build my portfolio, and take on more clients, and help them get the one-on-one dedication,  comfort and, communication that the big third-party billing can't give them. I am dedicated to helping healthcare professionals serve the community and helping their small businesses thrive and succeed.
